You may or may not have heard about Flow forging technology for creating wheels and we are excited to be some of the first to do it for off-road wheels and believe it is the way of the future for high volume wheel production. Flow forging technology uses a raw forging and spins the barrel of the wheel out, this allows for a very strong and lightweight barrel for the wheel. The center design of the wheel is cast much like a traditional cast wheel but the use of a forged barrel takes these wheels to a whole new level.

XF Flow-Forged is proud to be the first of its kind to offer floating center caps as a standard feature with our XF Flow-Forged series of wheels. Floating caps are weighted at the bottom so that when the wheel is spinning or the vehicle is at a stop the center logo remains parallel with the ground. Floating caps were made popular by Rolls Royce and have since been remade by many different wheel companies however; XF Flow- Forged is the first to offer it on every wheel.

Exposed Lug

Another huge benefit to the XF Flow-Forged series is that they are exposed lug, yet dual drilled. Exposed lug wheels open the door to even more custom options for your truck or SUV such as spiked lug nuts or custom colored lug nuts.  The dual-drilled feature of the wheel also allows for double the fitment options while maintaining only one set of lugholes exposed at one time.

Multiple Finishes

We saw a need and decided to take action, that’s why our XF Flow-Forged wheels are offered in 6 different finish options. We got tired of seeing the same Black and Milled and Chrome wheels and went to the drawing board to see what we could come up with. We kept the standard Black and Milled and Chrome finishes but added some awesome alternate finishes to offer. The Brushed and Milled finish gives a killer raw metal finish to the wheels. The Red and Milled is a bright red finish, perfect for any truck looking to accent a red lift or suspension kit. We also added a Gloss Black with Red inner barrel and windows as well as a Gloss Black with Brushed face finish that is one of our favorites.
